How to build an EA FC 26 Clubs 11v11 team

A stable 11v11 team is built around compatible schedules and clear roles, not just a list of strong gamertags.

Step 1

Publish a specific recruitment post

State region, platform, language, play days, 11v11 format and open positions. Include voice-chat and rotation expectations.

Do not write that every position is needed. A filled/open position map shows the club's real requirement.

Step 2

Run a structured trial

Give the candidate a familiar position, show the formation and play several matches. Review communication, zone discipline and response to mistakes alongside mechanics.

Do not promise a starting place after one game. Record one primary and one realistic secondary position.

Step 3

Create depth without chaos

Rare roles need a fallback, but every slot does not need two competing starters. Utility players help when the exact moves are agreed in advance.

Keep the permanent roster separate from tonight's availability so one absence does not restart recruitment.

Step 4

Create a match routine

Confirm attendance early, publish the lineup before the lobby and run a short review after the set. Use one communication channel.

Save primary and fallback lineups in FC CAPTAIN and share one current public link.
