Clubs is easier to learn when you understand your team job before optimising the Virtual Pro attribute screen.

Step 1
Create a clear Virtual Pro
Choose a position you can play for several sessions. A stable job accelerates learning off-ball movement and team decisions.
Pick an Archetype for recurring responsibilities rather than overall rating alone.
Step 2
Find or create a club
State platform, region, play time, position and voice-chat preference when looking for a club.
For a new team, define a schedule, one communication channel, attitude to mistakes and a lineup process.
Step 3
Understand the match options
League, friendly, Drop-In and event sessions serve different goals. A repeatable group is better for chemistry than constant teammate changes.
Review one improvement after each match: transition position, first pass or final-third movement.
Step 4
Build the first lineup
Record available players and realistic positions, then choose the shape requiring the fewest forced moves.
Save and share the team sheet before entering the lobby.
